Contact

One inbox, a real person reading it.

Email support@bugclip.dev and we'll get back to you. There's no ticket portal and no phone tree — it's a small operation, so your message reaches the person who builds the thing.

What to include

You'll get a faster answer if you mention which of these it is:

  • Something is broken. Tell us the page it happened on and what you expected instead. If you can send a BugClip report of it, even better.
  • A charge or refund. Include the invoice or receipt number from Paddle and the email address on the account. See the Refund Policy — there's a 14-day money-back guarantee on a new subscription.
  • Your data. Access, export, or deletion requests — see the Privacy Policy for what we hold and for how long.

Before you write

A few things answer themselves faster than we can: Troubleshooting covers the widget not appearing, uploads failing, and reports not reaching Slack. You can also cancel a subscription yourself, any time, from your Billing page — you never have to email anyone to stop paying.

Billing and invoices

Paid plans are sold by Paddle as the merchant of record, so your invoice and card statement show Paddle rather than BugClip. Write to us either way — we'll sort it out with them if we need to.

Who you're dealing with

BugClip is operated by Rakshith R. Our Terms of Service set out the agreement between us.
