Refund Policy
Effective 24 July 2026
BugClip is a subscription service. Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle as the merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Paddle but under the policy below.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a new subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase and we'll refund it in full. There's no need to justify the request.
Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period.
- You can cancel any time from your Billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, and we don't pro-rate partial periods. If a renewal charged unexpectedly — for example, you meant to cancel — contact us within 14 days and we'll look at it in good faith.
How to request a refund
Email support@bugclip.dev from the address on your account, with the receipt or invoice number from Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there's evidence of abuse — for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, or use that violates our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation right you have under the law that applies to you.
